What drives you to succeed? What is your “Why?”
My father came to this country as an immigrant, couldn’t speak any English, sold door to door trying to make a living and educate himself. He was drafted into the US Army, deployed in WWII, became an officer in the Army, and returned back home to the US as a war hero, all to provide a better life for his children and his immediate family. All that hard work, GRIT, and determination was not in vain. This is what he wanted for my siblings and me. If he became a great man without knowing the language, country, or environment he was in and succeeded, I have to do the same or even better!
What are your favorite hobbies and activities?
I like to read, cook gourmet, play billiards, golf, and most importantly spend quality time with my family and friends.
Name one of your most important role models and what about them you want to emulate?
I have many role models but not necessarily want to emulate all of them. I learn and study the attributes about them that will make me a better person in my own right. I have my own uniquely defined characteristics.
How long have you been working in Lending and Real Estate?
Since 1995
What is the real estate success that you are the most proud of?
I have funded over a half billion dollars in real estate loans over my career which provided home ownership and investment properties for many families.
